One-On-One Follow Up Management Services- 

Make sure that you and your sales reps are IMPLEMENTING what you/they have learned in the trainings by “Hiring Us” to make you accountable. This is an initial 90 Day Program where we will set goals, followed by weekly one-on-one telephone management sessions that will ensure you and your reps are performing the activities that guarantee your success in the new market in which you/they were trained.  We are also will to ride with them in the field.

If you have sales managers, we can train them via Three Way Calls on how to manage your sales reps to successfully work the Youth Sports League and/or High School/ Middle School Markets.
