By implementing the incentive program and kickoff presentation that Tom teaches in his Youth Sports training, I was able to increase sales of my repeat Pop Warner Football accounts by an average of 50% (one group was up 70% with the same brochure and same size group!). It's amazing what applying a few new techniques can do to increase results.
I have also scheduled several meetings with winter sports programs using the script you taught and am sure that the results will more than pay for the investment in the training with my first bookings. Janet, I'm excited about this year and the training we are getting from Tom. I have wanted something like this ever since Julie and I started with Savory. I need the training so I feel like I'm doing things right. My phone is ringing off the wall tonight with customers that want to do sale. New accounts, old accounts coming back, and repeat business. Not to mention all the calls and research for new prospects I have to do. Wow I'm going to be busy but that is good no great!

Hello Tom,
I really enjoyed your Cheerleader training today! You touched on so many important things that really get the wheels turning! I feel the cheerleading presentation will be a great asset to have. I love the idea of the financial planning guide, I think it gives the group a reality of how much things really cost and how much help they really need to raise those funds! I love the idea of the incentives using cheerleading apparel and I think the tattoos would be a huge hit! I also liked the "checklist" game idea to use @ the presentation, I feel it's a way to really get them involved and motivated!
I am very excited about all of this and I am looking forward to the Youth Sports Training!

"Hey Tom,
I just booked a Pop Warner tonight (125 kids) and pitched a 1000 kid PW. If I don't get that league of 1000, I will get their cheerleaders (200 girls).
I have appointments with 5 more groups with a total of 2725 kids left to go.
And I'm not thru my list yet! Can't wait till baseball season! :o)
So far I've booked 630 kids in 3 groups. I've been to 4 board meetings.
Our feeling around here (at least Juan and myself) is that this is the next cookie dough for us. Tapping into a market that I thought was a tough nut to crack, and find out that it only takes discipline to do the homework and call.
Really the only thing that will stop a person from succeeding in this market is the fear of success!"
