    ABC’s Recruiting, Training and Management (RTM) Program – We do 95% of ALL the Initial Work

    Anticipated Results from EACH Rep Completing the Recruiting/Training Phase by June, 2011 

     

  • 25+ "take order" Fundraisers run in August & September with Youth Football, Cheerleading, Ice Hockey and Soccer Leagues - an estimated 25,000 units
  • 10+ Fundraisers run in October, November & December with Youth Basketball, Wrestling, Swimming and Bowling Leagues- an estimated 5,000 units

    I . Recruiting Phase:

    1. Run Ads on Internet Sites (Craigslist, Hot Jobs, etc.) and local newspapers that will attract independent, commissioned, sports minded, reps
    2. Interested candidates email or fax their resumes to A Better Choice
    3. A Better Choice (ABC) screens resumes and calls qualified candidates and conducts 1st Interview
    4. A different ABC associate conducts 2nd Interview within 7 days
    5. Qualified candidates are invited into a Tele-Conference Overview Call w/YOU & A Better Choice
    6. Those invited to Overview Call are pre-mailed a packet of info with Brochures, Advance Plan, Expectations (you and ABC has structured beforehand)
    7. 45 minute Overview Call is conducted w/YOU and ABC*
    8. All attendees are invited to become an independent rep on two conditions:

    a) attend a Tele-Conference Prospecting Training and complete assignment of gathering 50+ Names and Home Phone Numbers of the Presidents of local Youth Sports Leagues “on call pattern”

     b) are scheduled for a personal interview with Owner/Sales Manager and must email completed Prospect List beforehand. They will be paid $1.00/ name & # at the interview whether “hired” or not* * times where YOU need to be directly involved

    Once “Hired”, Recruiting Phase for That 1 Rep Is Complete.

    ABC will provide you the following:

    1. Referral to companies with specialized fundraising product packages that fit perfectly with the Youth Sports League market (they won’t interfere with anything your current reps are doing in the ES market).
    2. wording of ads designed to attract the right kind of independent rep
    3. an advance plan that will motivate the rep to perform yet protect YOUR interests, since ALL money paid out is collateralized
    4. a recommended prize incentive program (different from any ES prize program) that will maximize participation and results
    5. a signed non disclosure agreement that promises to keep all of your company's policies, procedures, etc. secret from all companies in the industry

    II. Training Phase

    1. Newly “Hired” Reps participate in 3 ninety minute evening Webinar / Tele-Conference Training Sessions, each followed by a 1 hour appointment setting session, followed by a ½ hour “wrap up” session. The average rep should have scheduled 3-6+ immediate appointments with the decision makers of Youth Sports Leagues “on call pattern” in their local areas, by the completion of training.

    *Each rep is provided printed materials and a recording of the trainings.

    III. Management Phase (12 weeks of one-on-one Management by an ABC Associate)

    1. 1st one-on-one phone session will establish individual goals and the activities that must take place on a nightly basis in order to accomplish those goals (booking at least 10 leagues over the next 12 weeks…30 over next year)
    2. Next 11 weeks will involve a minimum once/week one-on-one call between rep and ABC associate. Each rep will also be expected to communicate with ABC associate after each appointment calling session and decision making meeting.
    3. ALL Reps in the RTM Program will be expected to participate in a monthly 3 hour “appointment setting” Phone-A-Thon conducted by an ABC associate.
    4. Call and Results Reports will be generated weekly and forwarded to YOU, the Owner and or Sales Manager so that the reps can be paid their advance on Contracts and Activities. (designed by ABC and approved by You) 

    During Management Phase, I Suggest You Designate a Person from Your Company to Listen In via 3 Way Calls on Weekly One-On-One Calls and Phone-A-Thons, so that you will know how to continue to effectively manage your new reps to create sales and profits in the Youth Sports League Market, once they complete the ABC 12 week one-on-one management phase.

    ABC Investment Fees:   

    1. Recruiting - $750/rep, plus ad expenses
    2. Training (4 sessions) for YSL market - $997/rep
    3. One-On-One Management Program (12 weeks @ $149.95/week per rep) - $1,799
