This is a 12 Week Program where we will set goals, followed by weekly one-on-one telephone management sessions that will ensure you and your reps are performing the activities that guarantee your success in the new market in which you were trained. If you have sales managers, we can train them via Three Way Calls on how to manage your sales reps to successfully work the Youth Sports League and/or High School/ Middle School Markets.
